March – August 2024 – Colindale Block X & Block W Contract Awards
- Colindale Gardens is a mixed-use development in Barnet, which when completed will include over 4,000 residential units and 11,700m2 of commercial area
- Having already completed the 16MW Energy centre as well as the network pipework and over 2,000 apartment connections, Kantor has recently been awarded the Design & Build contract for the latest phase; Block X and Block W, comprising a total of 425 Apartments across 8 buildings
- Construction for Block X started in Q2 2024 and construction for Block W will commence in Q4 2024
